Hussain Qaheri played in Isa Town, he was really playing well displaying an interesting show for his former team. Manama got interested in him after the retirement of Yousef Haji and departure of A.Hussain both being the main point guards for the team then. Qaheri was chosen for the abilities the coaches then and every basketball fan in Bahrain has seen in him. Quickness, fine dribbling, 3point shots, assists and a sense of leadership even though he was 18 then. Joining Manama made his dreams come true, as he got better and better, moving with the team from winning a title to winning another.
