Known as one of the best post positioned players in the GCC region, Ahmed showed great skills and intelligence in his game. He decided that Hala was not that helpful in making his dreams come true, as he looked at Manama as a club with great talents and capabilities, as it was the club that everyone respected most, even though they were always taking second place behind Ahli. Ahmed late days with Manama were not the best he has known, he was facing major difficulties (Injury and work) being the most important ones. After winning the league title and the cup twice, he decided to leave the game and give the opportunity to the youngsters in the club.
